Inbound delivery not getting active

Dear All ,

I would like to find exact cause of inbound delivery error status , kindly guide as how can  i achieve same.

Message log / check button is not  dsplaying error messages.

Yes check ASN field it is getting duplicate and which is not allowed as per ASN/ID customization in EWM.

Thanks a lot for your reply ,it was ASN duplicate issue  , but my query was check or message log was not helping me in figuring out root cause.

While creating Inbound Delivery, you might have missed " External Delivery ID " . This acts like ASN in EWM. If you update, this issue will be resolved.

If you do not want to get this error message, In EWM, Interfaces, you can suppress the Duplicate check of ASN. That will resolve the issue.
