GRC 10.0 Issue when User Level analysis

Former Member

Hi Team,

We have migrated from GRC 5.3 to GRC 10.0. when performing User analysis from Access Management Tab -> Access Risk Analysis -> User Level ->Entered Input Fields (System, User) -> Run in Foreground - It is giving some conflicts.

But when we go via Reports & Analytics -> Reports & Analytics -> Access Management -> User Risk Violation Report -> Entered Input Fields (System, User) -> Run in Foreground - It is giving no violations.

Same user is used in both the scenarios. Can anyone help me in this scenario why two different outputs in User analysis please.

Hi Bindu,

Please try to recheck all of your parameters which you gives in the user level analysis.

Give some parameters only like System, User,Check Risk Level must be All,Give proper Rule Set, Include Locked and Expired Users too , User Type as All, Take proper Report Type and Check mark on Include mitigated risks and Show all Objects.

Try giving the above parameters , may be this can resolve the issue.

Hi,

     thanks for your support.

We have took only some parameters & I am using existing active User Id.

Everything took as above at both the scenarios but we are getting different results.

Hi,

Access management is online reporting system.

Report and analytics is offline reporting system, to get data in these reporting you need to run Batch Risk analysis. Run it through transaction GRAC_BATCH_RA in full mode for the first run.

Hi,

We ran tcode GRAC_BATCH_RA in full mode but we are getting different results in Access Management and Analytics & Report.

Please suggest.

Hi

Have you excluded objects in your batch risk analysis?

Hi,

     Thanks for your support.

Have you excluded objects in your batch risk analysis means you are telling about the tcode GRAC_BATCH_RA. If so i dont find any objects over there.
