Investment profile should be blank instead of 1212 fails when AUC exists

Dear SAP PS Experts,

We have a requirement wherein after level 2 WBS elements
the Investment profile should be blank instead of 1212.

I was able to achieve the requirement based on the substitution rule and by set limiting to certain project types.
But in a case wherein for Level 2 there is a settlement rule created i.e AUC exists
and subsequently I am creating any WBS above level 2 it is failing.

Request your help in letting me know how it can be achieved.
I have checked the below link but in our case level 2 is only superior not level 1.
Level 1 exists but not used for settlement rule.

Hi Vikram,

i understood that you're creating Wbs above level 2 and system should substitute investment profile in only level 2. then add PRPS-STUFE = '2' in prerequisite of substitution rule.

Thanks for your answer.

But that is already added as a condition in substitution.

The issue exists when for level 2 WBS AUC is crearted and then we create subsequently a lower level WBS at that time the substitution is failing.
