Delivery Note: is a note which consists Delivery details like deliverable goods with the quantity and price mentioned which are ready to move from the plant,factory,warehouse etc.,
Billing note:- is also a note which should be sent to the customer along with the deliverable goods. this consists of customer name, deliverable goods with quantity and price etc.,
as per my knowledge both the documents are very much required once we are sending the goods to customer.In the Transportation this two documents are required for excise, commerical tax purpose.
