Company Code must not be diffrent than master Company Code

Hi Gurus,

One of the user is facing the error while submitting ER, PFA screen shot for more details.

I have checked IT0017 for Company Code which is maintained as blank for all our expense reporting users and neither there has been any recent changes
to Company Code for the employee in IT0001.

What is the cause for the above error? Please suggest a way to fix it?

The accounting defaults come from 3 different InfoTypes in this order:

IT27, if empty then

IT17, if empty then

IT01 Master Cost Center

If you do not use IT27 and IT17 is blank, then the default is coming from IT01. There seems to be a conflict with the Master Cost Center of the employee versus the cost center they allocated to on the expense line item. Do you have a config setting stating that these 2 must be the same?

Kim- no config setting mentioning the above to be same.

I am trying to replicate above issue in portal, but after uploading buffer records for particular schema got a new error 'CC does not have default cost center configured. Please correct the default cost center table accordingly'

Is there a setting to assign cost center to Credit Card?

or how to fix above error?

of IT 0017.
