NOT ABLE TO DEACTIVATE PRODUCT CATEGORY IN SRM

Hi Everyone,

I have checked deactivate button for product categories  in Org structure---External attributes-deactivate,Even after doing this still i am able to create shopping cart for the deactivated product categories ,Please help

You can apply notes 1827494 and 1828076 to see if issue is solved.

how do you create your Shopping Cart?

Using catalog? Internal goods/services? by SC copy? Is it free-text?

check what's happened in ADD_ITEM_INTERNAL method from /SAPSRM/CL_PDO_BO_SC class.
