COGS is not hitting after WBS settlement

Hi,

We are having a case.

Customer have received a order for 10 item. Sales order is created with order quantity 10 and WBs is assigned to SO line item.

In project bellow the billing WBs element WBS structure is created for cost booking, procurement and operations and cost is being booked.

In period 1 production is started under WBs, network and activities cost of 500 INR is booked. Here we are not using PP. All production through network and activities.

In period 2 out of 10 3 items are completed and 2 are in process and as cost is booked for 1000 INr

In the same period completed 3 items are dispatched and bill is also booked for 1500 INR.

so cost is 500 (period 1)+ 1000 (Period 2) = 1500

As per the process set all cost is on the WBS element and not loaded on materials. And RA method is WIP=Actual method 13.

In settlement rule COGS G/L is assigned as a receiver WBS status is REL as complete production is not completed.

After executing RA and settlement for period 1 WIP is 500

After executing RA and settlement for period 2 COGS is not getting hit while doing the settlement.

Now here after executing the RA and doing the settlement CJ88 for billing WBs element only Network to WBs settlement is happening and COGS is not updating.

Only when we are doing the TECO COGS is getting hit and it is only for the current period cost. If there is any cost in previous period is not going to COGS.

Now here are my questions

1. How to hit COGS in the same period even though WBS status is REL

2. How to hit COGS in total (current period + previous period)

If anyone is working in the same scenario please provide the solution.
