Is there any equivalent for %type in SAP HANA

Hi All

Currently we are working on migration form Oracle to SAP HANA. In Oracle, %type is used to declare variables with relation to the data type of a column in an existing table.

So my question:

  1. Is any equivalent for %type in sap hana
  2. Is any equivalent for %rowtype in sap hana

Reference: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/3790658/what-does-type-mean-in-oracle-sql

Thanks,

Somnath A. Kadam
