The only on-premise portal trial version that I'm aware of is SAP NetWeaver Portal, Enterprise Workspaces 1.1 SP3 – Trial Version. The Composition Environment trial doesn't have the EP and KM UTs.

My bad Alexander, I thought they had included a trial version of the portal but apparently that is not the case. That said, I don't believe there is a on-premise trial version of the portal.
