Live Compare Tool Issue in sap

Hi All,

We are facing issue with live compare tool. We are not able to see transport via RFC connection for production system.

We installed live compare in DEV system and moved those transports to QA and Production system.

For QA system we can see the transports from live compare tool but for production system transports are not visisble via Live Compare tool.

I checked RFC connection, it looks fine.

All unix files present on AL11 path. These transports were movd via CTS system and in QA system these were moved via unix file.

Any idea about this issue?

Hi Sanjana,

If you are trying to get the Transports via the Transport tab on the RFC Destination there could be a couple reasons:

1) The LiveCompare transport have not been imported - You might try running the Check LiveCompare Transports workflow contained in the Tools Template.

2) The SAP account associate the RFC Destination does not have the proper authorizations - You can use the Check LiveCompare Authorizations workflow also under the Tools Template.

Would you mind telling us what version of LiveCompare you are using?
