External Reference Number Not Getting Updated in Sourcing, while publishing agreement from sourcing to ECC

Dear Expert,

We are getting a error while publishing agreement to ECC,

" Null Object Reference parameter passed"

we have checked in the Sourcing Log and it is giving the same message "Null Object Reference parameter passed" and Import Failed to update the object reference.

We checked in PI, it is showing successful and

Also a scheduling agreement is created in ECC and now whenever we are trying to publish the agreement from sourcing it is giving same error and creating a new scheduling agreement but not creating the reference number in Sourcing.

Any help will be Appreciated

Hi Rakesh,

    Can you kindly check the following configuration settings..

1. Text Id's. are correctly identified and configured in ECC (specifically for esourcing in IMG)

2. Text Id's are correctly configured for Header and Items in Esourcing

If all of these are correctly configured, then you will need to create an OSS message with the PI payload (response) coming back from ECC.
