Incident Management : Create new ticket error
Recently i have upgraded our solution manager system to 7.1. After that i have configured incident management. I have 2 queries:
1. Whenever i am creating new message from solman_workcenter -> new i am getting below message:
Is it correct? If not how we can remove it?
2. I have defined number range for incident management(For object CRM_INCDNT) also but when i create new message as per step 1 message number range not coming as per series defined in object CRM_INCDNT. It is following old message sequence number.
