Please if any one know a way to Change the Unit Price field in contract condition to be yearly not monthly and calculated by year,

Hi Khairy,
Go to the frequency option under the Terms tab for the specified condition and enter the frequency as 'Years' and Amt Reference as 'Yearly Amount'.
