Error: FS-10157 unable to verify & FS-10815: DUPLICATE OWNER NODES

Hi All,

I am in the processing of upgrading Production Oracle 10.2.0.4 to 11.2.0.3 in windows 2003 cluster.

OFS version is 3.4.2.

In Post-upgrade steps at  HA Only: Adding the Database to the Cluster Group, I am unable to verify database.

I am getting error as FS-10157, FS-10815, FS-10776 and FS-10890.

Attached the screenshot and log file for your information.

Kindly help us resolving the issue at the earliest.

Hi Sriram,

I selected  primary node(sap2dbsrv) and ran verify standalone database resource.  The same thing you can see on screenshot.

Resolved the issue by deleting Oracle instance service in secondary node.
