Service Request - Transaction type not appearing in IC Webclient Pop-Up

Hi,

The service request transaction types SMRQ and YMRQ do not appear in the webclient pop up when i click on Create Service Request.

All the other transaction types are working fine.

I have checked the entries in --> SPRO--> Solution Manager --> Capabilities --> IT Service Management --> Transactions --> Specify several transaction Types.

The entries are SERVICE_REQUEST_TYPE / Seq No 1 / Field Value YMRQ

Please find attached the 2 snips of error message.

Hi Ritesh,

do you have maintained the entries like below in DNO_CUST04 transaction

you need to maintain the corresponding z* etc here

Hi Prakhar,

I navigate to same via the above mentioned SPRO node.

I have maintained that for all the Z transactions, ZMIN, ZMPR, ZMRQ, etc.

ZMIN and ZMPR appear in the Transaction type UI Pop up while SMRQ and ZMRQ do not.

This is really strange.

Please advise.

Hi Ritesh,

Can you check,

First with SAP all access so that we can rule out this

second check if you have below setting in wizard or confirm in transaction type in SPRO i.e. channel CRM UI

also these are active

I have SAP_ALL.

I have checked these entries. Everything here is perfectly fine.

Are there any other configurations that i should check?

Hi Ritesh

Can you confirm for other 2 configs

1. Transaction Type are Active

2. Transaction type have Channel CRM UI

Also, can you see the standard transaction with standard business role is visible?
