Dear Experts,

      Kindly help me to solve this issue, SOAP to PROXY scenario, message reaches to PI and processed successfully and i am getting the bellow error in ECC server.

Short dump occurred when executing message in qRFC queue XBTR0000: Date/time 30.05.2014 16:59:02, user PIECCUSER, runtime error: 00000000 personnel number(s) could not be locked

Hi Senthil,

You can check the detailed error in ST22 by checking the runtime error dump for that time and user.

From high level discription it seems like the message might have timeout while creating a lock on a table, however it can be analysed with the dump analysis.

You could also engage your ABAP experts for detailed analysis and debug the porxy if required.
