VBBE Clean up not working ..using SDRQCR21

Hello Expert,

I have stuck in one issue.

Order : 123456789 ......... Material: ABC    Plant 1000

Made changes.

Order : 123456789 ......... Material: ABC    Plant 2000

When we create the sales order with Material ABC & Plant 1000 system updates MD04 screen and we can see our sales order number in MD04 (using Material ABC & Plant 1000)

Later user change the Plant in sales order from 1000 to 2000 and completed Delivery PGI, Invoice.. But system shows the Order in MD04 with respect to Material ABC & Plant: 1000. further I just cross check MD04 with material ABC & Plant 2000 and as usual system does not show order in MD04 because order status is complete.

I am wondering when we changed the Plant in sales order from 1000 to 2000 why system did not update the MD04 screen.

Usually we execute the the program SDRQCR21 if any order stuck in MD04 ever order status is complete. so I have already executed SDRQCR21 with Material ABC, Plant : both plant 1000, 2000 but I am wondering in this case SDRQCR21 is not working.

Kindly guide me how can I remove this order from MD04.

Hi Prashant,

Please check the OSS note# 1023578. It seems to be fixed by mentioning the selection parameter value either by plant or material number.
