I trying the step:
1. SE14 - IMRG
2. Select Indexes :
Index name Unique Short description
0 X Primary index
A Application View: Measuring Point + Inverted Time Stamp
T Original Document on Copying of Measurement Reading
W Object Number of Corresponding Order Operation
ZIR Index IMRG by POINT , ERDAT
3. activate and Adjust Database
and if have error: related to tables space PSAPTEMP, extend table space PSAPTEMP with Brtools.

Hi,
Click on Indexes option on SE14 sub screen and check whether the mentioned Index is active or not! If not active then select and click on create database Index, once it is created then you can continue with your import.
Do not adjust database for table, it drops the table and recreates.

You should re-construct missing object in the application layer, since it is missing & it can be done by any one of the option as below;
1) By re-transport - Check with your ABAP team for the transport, looks like they created this Z index (ZIR) for table IMRG & you can re-import the required transport request.
2) This should be performed by DDIC user, You can re-construct it from SE14 as below; -
SE14 -> objects IMRG --> Edit --> this will display the screen as per Siva's update.
From here, go to Menu opton "Table", then Select "Reconstrct" this should create the missing object at application layer or say runtime objects.

Have you activate and adjust the database option under SE14.Please confirm the result.

Hi Dark,
Please follow as below:
Open a new session.
a) Start the Database Utility (transaction SE14).
b) Correct the inconsistencies for the specified objects i.e for IMRG in your case
After resolution of repeat the import phase again .
