forced time intervals between posting messages per forum

Hi everyone.

I've seen this addition in other forums where they used it for the search function.

One way to stop forum members posting lots and lots of (probably interview) questions is to force them to wait a certain time (like 5 minutes or maybe more) before being able to post a new thread.

I don't know if this is possible for this forum though.

Hi!

Yes, this might be useful, to stop those users, who are posting the same questions into more different forums.

A while ago, someone suggested that people shouldn't be able to post questions if have a certain number unanswered (10?).

Hey, now THAT is a great idea! It means people will be forced to close their open Qs. (hopefully also with the side effect of a gentle reminder to award points).
