One level of Approval required in Service Request (Solman Service Desk). Any ideas?

Hi,

I have a scenario where one level of approval is required in Service Request in service desk.

Example: A requester raises a service req for an access to system, it would be first picked up by service desk agent and then approved by the IT manager. Only then the service request is granted.

Any ideas on how this could be accomplished in Solman service desk?
