HI Subbu

Are you able to compare configuration for IMG plug-in settings for system not working against the one that is. Also, does each FF ID have the parameter 4010 role assigned?

Regards

Colleen

Hi,

Please check if,

Role is generated and user has valid assignment.

Also run auth synch before repo synch.

Do you see any error in SLG1 for repo and auth synch?

Hi,

Refer the note 1668255 - Firefighter ID role name for Param ID: 4010

Please check whether the Base roles are assigned to the Firefighter IDs in target system, apart from SAP_GRC_SPM_FFID role.

Best Regards,

Rama

Hi Subbu,

Please check below  items:

1)Ensure user sync is run for backend system in which FF id exist.

2)Check if FF role(RFC Auth) is assigned to FF id in backend system

3)Goto NWBC->Setup->Superuser Assignment->Owners: Select owners.open it  and try to searcf FFid here and add it.

4)Similarly Goto NWBC->Setup->Superuser Maintenace->Controllers:Select Controllers, open it and try to search FFid here and add it.

5)Also see if config parameter 4010 is maintained with FF id role.

Thanks,

Mamoon

Hi,

Check if FFID default role is assigned to FFID users and then do the repository synch.
