Hi All,
While accessing any GRC work items from Work Inbox in NWBC, I have to click on "Refresh" button manually to reflect the latest work items!
I tried to look for any ABAP program which does this but could not succeed.
May I know what is the program used to update these GRC work items for all users? OR How do I make it automatic to reflect the latest work items quickly?
Please advise.

I am also facing similar problem in SP15.
Once we click on 'Work INBOX' refreshed page is not opening. once we click on sub view like All(), Access Management() , etc it works fine or manual click of refresh button.
Very strange, even I have checked my system and found POWL sync setting is fine. navigation over different view is perfectly fine but first time when page open it doesn't work fine.

I executed this report via SA38. It deleted some of the entries from my inbox. But when I again access my work inbox, no item were shown and at the right bottom of the page just before "Refresh" link, it says" Not yet executed".
I then clicked on this link and then work items are displayed.

Thanks, I have logged to update you about fix but found you have already got the solution.
We got SAP Note 1975395, I have just implemented this note(and related note suggested by system) and issue fixed.
Note had lots of sub notes and after implementing can feel a change in Look & feel of system in positive manner.
In SP12 this problem was not there, looks after upgrade to SP15 got into this error. may be next patch will get this note by default.

I have seen the discussion, because we have the same problem.
I have implemented note 1975395 including all related notes.
Now I try to open the Work Inbox in GRC and now I get an error:
The URL..... webdynpor/SAP/GRFN_POWL_INBOX was terminated because of an error.
The following error uccured in System xxx: No PBT resoureces availbe in system.
What should I do now?
I want to remove the note an all related notes, but some notes can't be removed because it cause an inconsistency.
Please help!

Now I can open the Work Inbox again. But the update problem still exists.
Meanwhile I have created a SAP-Ticket, too.

Dear all,
as discussed above GRC 10.0 SP15 has the same error.
I have opened a SAP ticket.
In our case the the solution was to implement following SAP notes:
1)
Implement notes 1975395, 2025137, 2002786, 2015291 along with necessary pre-requisites.
2)
If a dump

appears after implementation of note 1975395, change the RZ12 transaction settings for server group parallel_generators (details) as e.g. "%WP used must be increased to 10 from 4 in a test system (in a productiv system the value should be set higher).

Hi faisal,
Try with the following steps
1. Execute Tcode POWL_QUERY.
2. Double click on GRFN_INBOX_AC. Change the Refresh Type to "ON FIRST
LIST VIST" from dropdown.
3. Do the same changes to GRFN_INBOX_ALL, GRFN_INBOX_PC, GRFN_INBOX_RM.
4. click on save.
After performing the above steps please execute the scenario

It is working fine for me with below settings which are standard,
Please check if you have assigned any role to GRFN_INBOX in Assign Role Type and or Assign Query Role, it should not have any role assigned to make it available for all, otherwise you will have to assign the role to user which you have maintained for POWL to work.
