MINI SAP 4.6D Installation Error

Hi All,

I am trying to install the MINI SAP 4.6 D from ABAP objects Book.

I get the following error message. I am installing on Windows Vista.

ShmCreate: Create <5,4096,1> failed [shmnt.c 0460 ]

[CreateOsShm] CreateFileMapping<5,4224> failed with Err=5

ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED:Access is denied.

Does anyone has any ideas? Please help..

Hello Kavitha,

I'm not sure whether the MINI SAP 4.6D will run under Windows Vista. There are some experiences with SAP NetWeaver 2004s and Vista available .

Perhaps this helps as the problem was also an "Acess denied" issue.
