Error in evaluations tab of a control

Hello Experts,

In the evaluations tab of a control, when we try to open activities Monitoring, Control Effectiveness (MO, CO) it is showing the error (as shown in screenshot).

But we are able to open activities related to control design and control self-assessment.

Could any one suggest what could be the issue.

Please check for SAP notes. I guess there could be one.

Seen quite few notes related to evaluations/reports links dumps in past.

I had same issue.Please mention the notes my sap_basis release is 702 level 12
