Dear Friends,
I need to know which Authorization objects are required in Solution manager Systems and in Satellite system to create a support msg.
I know if i use " any of the follwing Roles, ie SAP_SUPDESKCREATE, SAP_SUPPDESK_PROCESS and so on i will be able to create support msg.
But my requirement is not to use these standard roles, as with these roles Everbody will be able to view everybody else's messages..
I am Creating ZRoles to suite my requirement ( Which Only should allow users to see msges created by them.. )
With those Standard Roles all the messages can be seen by everbody..
CAn anybody can share authorization objects ( with their values ) to create support msg??
I had Tried using Authozation objects like S_rfc and S_rfcacl, and i included these objects in my Zrole and assigned this to Users..
But after i did this I get this error Msg when i created Support Msg from solman system :
Because of Error 513 Support Msg was not created .
Help ASAP.
