Hello,
when processing status changes via actions for example in ChaRM process, the status changes are logged in text assignment block.
But for problem or incident management the status changes are not logged in text assignment block.
How to do this?

You may create actions for the problem proc. type. (spro > solman > capabilities > IT servicemanagement > action profile )
have a look at smhf_actions > SMHF_IN_PROCESS.
Create one action like this in the action profile of the problem proc. type
One action could be named like: "Status: In Progress" . the routine behind this action would be HF_SET_STATUS and would set Status to E0002 and also append the Text in the text assignment block

Hi Jan,
Thats only for CHARM process not for Incident or Problem Management. As in CHARM those status changes logged in Text Assignment block only when you changing status using Action.
