Submit,Other Actions,Refresh buttons are not visible.

Dear Team,

I have a requirement where in i need to open standard approval screen from my custom component and i followed the steps mentioned in below link

Customizing Access request and approval screens in GRC Access Control.

When i append object id to the URL, it opens the below screen which does not have submit,other actions,refresh buttons and shown below.

But when i open the same using workinbox screen,it opens the below screen with submit,other actions,refresh buttons.

Pls help me how to achieve this.

Hi KH,

When the application is called from the inbox, it might be using the configuration id for the application along with required data.

Please check the available configurations for the application and try to use them.
