Changes to application configuration not affecting the page

Hi,

I changed the application configuration RPM_ITEM_DETAILS_CFG and launched the WDA application, but the changes are not reflected. I can clearly see the configuration id in the end of WDA URL. I made changes to all the variants and tried changing button texts, tab headings etc. But none of the changes are reflected either in portal or in standalone WDA application.

Am I missing any thing?

Hello Ravikanth,

there are several possibilities in which level you are doing those changes.

Have you done a deep copy of the application configuration? Or have you created an enhancement or customizing?

Hi Julia,

I directly changed the existing configuration (working in Sandbox)? I tried to do a DeepCopy, but it gave "URL call was terminated because the corresponding service is not available." error. I think some SICF service is not active. Is it essential to deepcopy for changing the standard application configuration?
