About Message Monitoring

Hi All,

I am not able to see any messages in my message monitoring ,version of PI am using is PI 7.4 single stack.

could anyone help me on this.

Hi,

As above said many factors(Re tension period,wrong selection in filter which leads no messages to display,Parameters change ) may influence your problem .Check with your BASIS team once .

Hello Vidya,

Are you seeing an error when you're trying to access messages in the message monitoring?

If you check an adapter which is processing messages in comms channel monitoring, can you click through the message ID and see the message this way in message monitoring?

What is the selection paramter you have used to view the messages in message monitoring of PI? & what is the retention period of messages?
