SAP Notes window is missing in SOLMANPRO

Dear SAP Gurus.

In Solution Manage VAR scenario with SP03 there was SAP Notes sub window in message overview.

This one is missing in SOLMANPRO  with SP10.

Is it OK?

Hi,

You can customize this blocks display using crm_ui customization or Authorization.

or IT Service Management Roles and Authorizations - SAP IT Service Management on SAP Solution Manager -... -> 4.2.2 Role configuration key

check any of these ways, this is controlled.

But I also found some of the sap notes like , might be you can find the relevant

  1748394 - ITSM 7.1 - Assignment Block "SAP Notes"

1896509 - Editability of SAP Notes in Assignment block not working
