Message creation for two transaction types in STWB_WORK

Dear All,

We have two transaction types for incident(YMIN & ZMIN) in our system.

When I am going to create a ticket by test plan management(transaction STWB_WORK) . It automatically create ticket for message type ZMIM.

Its not allowing to set two transation in STWB_SET.

I have set below entry in STWB_SET.

Test Workbench Test Case Error                 ZMIN       ZIncident Management (7.1)

Test Workbench Application Error                ZMIN       ZIncident Management (7.1)

Please suggest, how to create test plan tickets for YMIN transaction(in STWB_WORK).

Hi Vikas,

What happens is that you can only add one entry for TWBISSTAB .

See the note "1739863 - Customizing Test Workbench Message Types" as reference.

But I  have already checked this note(Status- cannot be implemented).

If i added below two entries(YMIN & ZMIN ) in STWB_SET

Test Workbench Test Case Error                 ZMIN       ZIncident Management (7.1)

Test Workbench Application Error                ZMIN       YIncident Management (7.1)

Test Workbench Test Case Error                 YMIN       ZIncident Management (7.1)

Test Workbench Application Error                YMIN      YIncident Management (7.1)

It gives error at the time of creation message in STWB_WORK.

'Configuration error in the Test Workbench.Application error ( types)'

If I remove 'YMIN' from STWB_SET, it works fine but by default it create 'ZMIM ticket(Not allowing to chnage message type for YMIN)'.

Hi Vikas.

I've mentioned the note because of it's statement about the Transaction types for the TWB area. Basically, you can only set one entry for each Test Workbench Test Case Error   and  Test Workbench Application Error. By standard design, you won't be able to set more entries for these two types.

You are right.we can't set two message types in STWB_SET.

But in my requirement, I would like to create a message of both types(YMIN and ZMIN) based on project.

Is there any alternative/possibilities to create messages based on project or manually enter message type?

I have created an entry in DNO_CUST04 table.

When I create new incident from ITSM, it gives popup to select transactions. Here it works fine.

But in transaction STWB_WORK(Test plan tickets), sysem is not allowing to select transaction(message) type. It select default ZMIN.
