Problem NWBC
when I come into nwbc that issues and go to Besiness Workflow Work Center I see the message:
ERROR: No PBT resources available in system (termination: ERROR_MESSAGE_STATE)....
there are what ideas???

Sounds like wrongly configured server group resource limits, talk to your SAP Basis admin(s).

Have you tried looking at SAP NOTE 727709?
I think that'll help you identify what to do.
