ChaRM - CRM Web Client (Insert button in Request for Change Scope)

Hi all

I'm sure this is quite an easy one

In CRM Web Client UI, using ChaRM, you create change documents to change requests (these are then approved).

However, the "Insert" button in Request for Change Scope is appearing in the Approved status...which I don't want. How do I change this so the Insert button only appears in the statuses I want?

Thanks Jansi...the second option was exactly what I was after.

Also, before I mark the above as correct; do you know if there's a way to stop change requests EXTENSION OF SCOPE being submitted if no additional scopes are created?

For example, a user marks CR as "Extend Scope". However the user does NOT add a new change document but still submits for approval. I want this to error but instead the change document changes to "Pending Approval" even though there is nothing additional to approve....

I have got this working for the normal approval:

However this doesn't work for Extend scope as the system already exists. Plus I want the status to revert back to Extend Scope so I couldn't use the highlighted one above anyway.

Suggestions?
