Deactivate inspection setup.

Dear all,

We are using G/R inspection and my customer want to deactivate QI stock.

But there are QI stocks.

Is it possible to deactivate inspection setup despite QI stock.

You may try by removing the Tick in the PreferredInsTyp field of this particular inspection type in the Insp.setup of Quality Management tab in MM02. After this the GR should directly take the material to Unrestricted Stock.

You can deactivate the inspection set up for a material only when QI stock is cleared.

I am talking about tcode MM02 (Change Material Master) --> Quality Management tab --> Insp.setup Push button --> and the checkbox under field PreferredInsTyp. See this picture. Remove the tick against your InspType and see.
