What is significance of field ' Payroll area' while creating posting run of settled trips?

Hi,

you are able also to pay expense via payroll.

Unfortunately if not you still need to set payroll area.

This is because many concepts from travel management in SAP are based on HR architecture.

So, just read the F1 help or general help for this and set your payroll area accordingly.
