HELLO,
We are getting too many dumps in ECC system "DBIF__RSQL_SQL_ERROR"
Please find the log
How to correct the error

Please check the entries in the system log (Transaction SM21).

Stop the SAP system and correct the permission/ownership of all the datafiles under the /oracle/SID/sapdata* file systems. Make sure the files have orasid:dba ownership.
Start the database and SAP

As per your question & dump arises may be few things happen-:
1.) Please check permission of all datafiles at OS Level.
2.)Please check sm21 Log .
3.) Please check any datafile may be missing or deleted.
4.) check alert & trace log of oracle in path /oracle/SID/saptrace.../...
Please check the following points hope this will resolve issue.

As per our colleague, the dumps are due to permission change to some files as per CERT.
Can some one throw some light on this!
