Server restart to fix the issue as system shows Document does not exist

Hi,

we are facing the serious issue as when try to post stock transfer ,sales outbound delivery system saved the document,

but when try to display or process further ,system shos message as document does not exist,

We have to restart the system to fix the problem,But issue is frequently occurs,

Pl. help in fixing the issue,

Hi Dev,

Please confirm followings:

1.Are there any pending updates under SM13 ?

2.Check for any number range issue under SNRO.

3.Share the SM21 logs.

4.Provide the message number generated at the time of display of docments.

5.Are there any short dumps under ST22 and also please confirm for any space related issues.

Hi,

Issue is related with the inter connectivity disturbances,

Now the issue is cleared.

But i have not received answer whether it is appropriate to restart the server frequently?

After restarting the desktop able to process the same document.

Are you using the SAP GUI or which method to perform your daily operations?
