MDM Repository tables

Hi,

I've created and configured the MDM server and created repository(by default it created products). But I don't see any tables in the oracle scheme where I created the new repository.

Q: Where exactly it creates the tables so that I can go on database schema to check.

Note: I can see all the tables in the console.

Hi Suren

The MDM creates tables in the database in a way that cannot be easily understood & accessed (except the change history). It stores data in its own structure in the database which is a complex relationship of different tables. To extract any info from the DB one would need to study the MDM database structure & then extract the required information. However i have no information to help understand the underlying database.

Thanks

Thanks for the reply. But even I don't see those table structures in the database.

When you created the repository in MDM, it would have asked for a username (and password) to connect to Oracle. That user will own the MDM tables so look in that user's schema for the tables. The table names start with "A2i".
