Mapping of PO Fields from SRM to ERP

Dear colleagues’,

We are using SRM 7.0 Ehp2. Once PO is approved on SRM system it is then replicated on ERP system.

But some data like PO approval date and time, and by whom the document is or are approved are not transferred to ERP system.

Is there a way to transfer those data from SRM to ERP?

Hi,

Check FM  BBP_PO_INBOUND in ECC. If you find any import parameter related to approval data then it should come to ECC, otherwise you can use BADI BBP_ECS_PO_OUT_BADI to transfer customer specific data to ECC. As far as I know, approval data does not go to ECC.
