J1IF01 taking too long time in executing

Hi,

We create subcontracting challan through J1IF01 and it is working fine from last 2 years but from this fiscal year 2014 when we enter the material document which is created from MB1B 541 movement type taking too long time to execute almost 10 minutes.

Please help for this.

Hi,

  You may check the note: 1125316 - ABAP TIME-OUT dump during 57F4 Challan creation in J1IF01

which explains a similar issue. Hope the note can resolve your issue.

  Alternatively, check whether any development has been done which may cause the performance issue.

But when i am trying to execute the above link it is asking for username and password and it is not accepting the user name and password of my internet connection.

Ask your basis consultant for the user name and password. They will give you the S user id and password.

Or, you can send the sap note number to them, they will send you the PDF file for the sap note.

   For accessing SAP note, you should have access to SAP market place. You may check with your BASIS team or refer the thread:

First ask your system administrator for the performance issue.

If he confirm that, there are no issue with performance, then debug the t-code with help of ABAPer.

You will get the point where system is taking the time. After knowing the issue, you can solve it.
