VL02N - Serial number not allowed: MSG BS213

Hello.

I have a problem to assign the serial number to create the delivery, when I write the serial number I need, the system returns me the following message: < BS213: The status of the ASAE System is active (EQU 10909158) >

I have reviewed and found in the story of the serial number (IQ02) a record of change appears with a date in the past, but the document reference does not appear in the history list.

I kept analyzing, and found that a user on the same date delete a delivery. I think if I delete the ASAE status serial number, allow to allocate. If this is possible, what is that transaction?
