Trip is in Future,Accounting is not possible.

Dear Experts,

In my company employees is creating future date trip and they want to post in current month.

Example:

Trip start on 23-05-2014 and ends on 21-07-2014

While settling Expence system shows message

I want to settle in current month.

Hi,

trips can only be posted when they are in the past.

For your problem you can have two possibilities:

- pay an advance for this long trip

- shorten this trip until "yesterday" and pay what you have. And for the next period change the trip duratio and pay the rest.
