Dear all,
I am facing issue while creating knowledge article in SAP ITSM.when i am trying to create issue it will pop up an script error.As i belive i might did some mistake while transaction copying rule for knowledge article.I am attaching the screen shot,as per my kowledge in knowledge article tab it should display only the KNAR,KNAT transaction codes.but in my screen it is displaying the Z T.Codes also.Please guide me guys.it is a very urgent issue,due to this my whole demo process is stuck...
