How can one find a created but not yet published document

Hi there,

A colleague of mine created a new document but for now, of course, only saved a draft. Coming back to the space we cannot find an easy way to find the draft document yet.

Any hint is welcome!

If you are the document owner, then you can find the document easily.

Go to your profile - Content

Hi HaJo,

I've been caught out by this too!  The draft isn't stored against the space, instead it is against the user's account.  If your colleague clicks on his name at the top of SCN:

Then choose the Content tab and click on the Drafts filter on the left:

You should then be able to find any drafts, from all spaces.

only the creator can find and access the draft in his draft folder.

click the user name in the masthead on top of this page, then open the content tab, select the draft folder in the menu on the left
