solman_workcenter cannot be accessed

Hi,

We can't access solman_workcenter on our GUI. It says that page cannot be displayed. What should be added on our parameter? Please see attached screenshot of the page and also the parameters file.

Our landscape is this: we have a web dispatcher and application server that is located on another office and other network. Then we are accessing the server with different network too on another office. Internally or within the application server we can access solman_workcenter but when we shift to another network, we can't access the transaction in GUI.

Can you please help us resolve this.

make sure the host name added in etc\host and etc\services

Hi Almira,

Please confirm value for parameter icm/host_name_full.It should be properly maintained at your end.Also confirm FQDN maintained under host file.

check URL from another network, may be you can not resolve server name.
