Delivery output needs to be sent to Sold to

Dear Friends

I ned to send the delivery output to sold to customer. However Sold to field is not there in field calaog. I also pulled in the fields KUNNR or KUNAG from available flields list, but at the time of access sequence creation, I get error - The field assignment has not  been made and field is shown in red in the fields tab..

How can I fix this.

Hi,

You can assign Output types to Partner functions in the following settings.

SPRO - SD - Basic Functions - Output Control - Output Determination

Check whether this will help to resolve your problem.

This you can do through  Output routine.Insert logic when the output generated it should be routed to Sold to party based on Partner functions.
