Hi Carlos,

Sometime back I faced an error says "error executed on backend server: connection timeout" while creating mbo using one publicly available web service and after passing proxy settings in workspace, it worked.

but error showing in the mentioned snapshot is much related to authorization. Btw are you able to access the web service URL in a browser? Asking any kind of authorization?

Hi Jitendra/Carlos,

I am facing below issue while creating MBO for rest web service with https url in SUP 2.2 Mobile SDK.  We tried adding certificate in trustore.jks file, but it was not successful.

Can you please guide us in this regard?

Regards,

Gaurav

Request you to raise this thread here.

Please mention how exactly you imported certificate in trustore.jks file? Are you accessing https URL through a proxy?
