UDID Problem / 7.0.4 iOS version / 2.1.5 SAP Mobile Version

Good Morning,

Currently, we have a problem with SAP CRM Mobile Sales. We have upgraded all devices to version 7.0.4 of  iOS, and we have version 2.1.5 of SAP CRM Moblie Sales Application. Now, with version 7.1 of iOS, we must upgrade version of SAP CRM Mobiles Sales to version 2.1.9. When we apply the upgrade, in device a popup window appear, saying "Indicate identifier (UDID)". If we put the UDID of itunes (solution 1 of "What's new" document of version 2.1.6), the application show a error message "UDID Incorrect".

Could you help us?

Please try connecting device to itunes and get UDID.

Hi Kartik.

Thanks for your response. We already try this, but it's not work.

Another solution sended by SAP is unsubscribe and subscribe the user, but currently we have 1000 users with devices, distributed in many places.
