SAP BW menu is existing for the user

Hello All,

One of my business user is able to see the report menu in his user menu in SAP BW but the user does not have access to the corresponding role.

Not sure why its still showing and how we can get that removed from SAP user menu.

Please share your thoughts on this.

Hi Kalpana,

Did that user had these roles and now you removed them?

Do you use reference user assignment in your system?

What roles do you get for this user in AGR_USERS table?

Please port screenshot.

Thank you for your reply.

I dont see any change history for the user ( removal of roles from the account).

I suspect that this report might be deleted from one of the roles which user has access to.

So in that case, how do remove this report from User menu ? My requirement is that user should not have this report in his menu.

Hi Kalpana,

Could you please try removing and reassigning the roles which hold reports in your structure for this user? perform user master compare and check if it works.

Also please check if the role is consistent or not. for role data specially role menu.
