DPMO problem

Hi,

I have set-up DPMO and it looks to be working ok. However there is one thing I cannot get right. When logging NC in POD I have to give root cause operation. I have set-up this as mandatory field. When looking from DB the root cause operation has always the same value with the operation where the NC has been logged. It does not show the value I have selected during NC logging.

I am using SAP ME 6.0.4.22.

Hi,

I have now done some more testing and conclusion is that everything seem to work well.

I had some problems understaning how everything needs to be configured.

In NC data table the root cause operation is correct. So it differs from DPMO -table.

Hi Pete,

I am not positive there is an issue at all as long as you can see the root cause operation in one of NC tables.

Do you use standard ME reports, could you share a screenshot?

Hi Pete,

I guess that DB entries for NC DATA and DPMO should have Operation field and Root Cause Operation field. So, could you please specify values of both fields in both tables for the same Log NC event?
